It all starts with happy cows on a local dairy farm. Our milk comes from Journey’s Hope Farm, a certified organic producer in Bridport, Vermont, near the shore of Lake Champlain. Jon and Beverly raise a pastured herd of crossbred Jerseys and Holsteins that yield milk with high butterfat and solids. This milk is ideal for our cheese.
